Duct Cleaning

ACIA is proud to offer duct-cleaning services to manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, schools, hospitals and nursing homes. We are proud members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association and have been a certified member since 2005. At ACIA we ONLY handle commercial and industrial jobs, so rest assured that we have the proper equipment to do the job right.

The NADCA ACR 2013 standard calls for cleaning of the following:

• Supply duct
• Return duct
• Supply diffusers and return grills
• AHU fan section and coils

There are many ways to clean ducts which is why we have most every tool available for any situation we encounter. We use traditional drill mounted whips, compressed air systems, and even a robotic cleaning system. ACIA now offers robotic duct cleaning with the MicroInspector® from Lloyd’s Systems. We call our robot ISAAC; which stands for Inspection Sealing and Advanced Cleaning. ISAAC combines advanced agitation and airless sprayer attachments with illuminated video feedback to allow simultaneous system performance and work documentation. By using ISAAC, we are able to clean more of your duct work from less locations. This means less access holes to cut and a more efficient job. We are the only company in the Mid-Atlantic region to offer robotic cleaning services that provide video feedback to ensure your ducts have been properly cleaned.
