Robotic Duct Sealing

The ISAAC HVAC Robotic System is capable of hard-to-reach remediation that would otherwise result in much more costly renovations. It is a robotic vehicle integrated with a digital video recorder that is specifically designed to clean, coat, and seal duct work of all types. The remotely operated vehicle is equipped with an airless spray attachment that allows the duct work to be sealed or fiberglass insulation to be encapsulated. Once deployed, the ISAAC HVAC Robotic System is controlled remotely and progress is monitored on the LCD display using the live video feed. Upon reaching an area in need of remediation, ISAAC gets to work sealing leaks or coating damaged insulation with its airless sprayer. The attachments are capable of 360-degree rotation, ensuring that every inch of duct work that requires attention is treated properly.
