Indoor Air Quality Testing

Airborne Contamination Identification Associates proudly staffs “Certified Indoor Air Quality Professionals.” Our C.I.A.Q.P.’s are trained to sample and identify a customer’s indoor air and make recommendations on how to improve it. As Certified Indoor Air Quality Professionals, we identify airborne particulate, fungi, bacteria and chemical concentrations. Whether for OSHA compliance, an indoor air quality evaluation, or a product defect evaluation, ACIA will provide a complete report of findings along with recommendations to resolve the issues discovered. At ACIA we do not rely on a rental company for sampling equipment which can slow down the response time when a critical issue is present. Because we own our equipment, we are able to in most cases respond within a few hours or less of a customer call. Also, we always use an independent third party laboratory to process our samples to ensure there is no bias in the results and/or recommendations.

Our standard sampling consists of monitoring and reporting on the following items:

  • Bioaerosols (fungi, bacteria, viruses etc.)
  • Particulate count and size classification
  • Carbon monoxide
  • Carbon dioxide
  • Temperature
  • Relative humidity

In addition to our standard air quality evaluations, ACIA is able to provide a wide array of additional testing you may require. Whether you are trying to determine the cause of a certain product defect, or you need verification that employees are breathing safe air under OSHA standards, ACIA can help! Please contact us to inquire about a custom air sampling plan for your facility.
